Four teams have booked spots in ESEA Premier Season 38 Europe following the conclusion of the Season 37 Relegation tournament, through which DBL PONEY, SAW, SKADE, and Sprout emerged victorious.
SAW and SKADE were the first to book their spots in the league after going undefeated in the upper bracket. The Portuguese side clinched wins over bankaPEPSI and DBL PONEY, while Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov's side took down Apeks and Sprout to advance.

Sprout, who inched out a win over Enterprise in a nail-biting three-map series in their opening match, saw to the elimination of Anonymo in the lower bracket, recovering from a one-sided loss on Mirage by securing wins on Dust2 and Nuke to take the series.
DBL PONEY, who fell to Akuma in the ESEA Advanced Season 37 grand final to miss out on direct promotion, opened up their Relegation run with a narrow win over Anonymo, and recovered from their loss to SAW by besting Apeks 2-0 to earn promotion.
Following the win, Alexandre "bodyy" Pianaro revealed that the team had likely just played their last game under the DBL PONEY tag, hinting at a possible end to the their four-month long search for an organisation.
